”I really liked how straight forward and easy it was to follow the plan! All the recipes were pretty simple so meal prepping wasn’t hell. I also lovedddd how I was eating so much!! I never truly felt hungry so it was easier to stay away from treats. I have not been this happy with myself in a long time. I am wearing clothing that I wouldn’t have even touched SIX WEEKS AGO!! (That is not that long ago) You have created a program where someone can truly turn their entire life around & I can’t even express how grateful I am. ”I’ve always been on the heavier side and honestly just used to bounce from one thing to the next without anything really sticking. This time, I didn’t do anything extreme — I just kept showing up. I had limited cooking knowledge before I started & so I was pretty scared to start, but it actually wasn’t bad at all. I was able to focus on proteins, fruits & veggies for the first time ever and I truly think my gut was healed from this experience. I travel so much so that was also something I was nervous about since I wouldn’t have my kitchen, but I was able to find healthy options at 99% of all restaurants and fast food places. ”After my fourth baby it was a struggle to loose the weight like my previous pregnancies. I ate healthy but I didn’t have the time to count macros without sacrificing time and mental space for my kids. I found Emily and thought I’d give it a try. It was SO nice to have everything planned out for me. Emily made the meals easy to follow, family friendly, crockpot meals, quick meals, etc. If I didn’t love something or needed a change she swapped it out quickly and was always helpful when I had questions. The hardest part of trying to loose weight for me was planning what I was going to eat and the mental fatigue of that was immediately gone. All I had to do what follow what was on my paper. I also really appreciated that the food was whole, real food (vs processed).

”I was afraid to commit to doing a meal plan with Emily because I thought I would let myself down and didn’t have the discipline to make a change. I decided I’d give it my all just to SEE what would happen and I’m so glad I did because it’s transformed my life! I’m in better shape than ever after having two kids and it shocked me how quickly this new way of eating made me feel so much more energetic, immediately less bloated, and stabilized my mood overall. After the first couple days I wasn’t even tempted to fall off because not only was the food fueling me, but I was genuinely so full all day. It sounds dramatic but it is dramatic!
